Article 1. Purpose
These Terms of Sale define the terms and conditions for selling subscriptions to the BullGPT service, a SaaS software for analyzing financial charts for traders using artificial intelligence.
Any order or subscription implies unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Sale.
Article 2. Service Offered
BullGPT is an online-accessible SaaS software that enables:
- Automatic analysis of financial charts via AI,
- Generation of market scenarios with key levels,
- Access to a trading coach (depending on plan),
- Personal workspace and analysis history.
The user acknowledges that BullGPT is a decision-making tool, not financial advice.
Article 3. Service Access Conditions
To access the service, the user must:
- Create an account on the site,
- Subscribe to a plan,
- Provide accurate information.
Access is personal, strictly individual, and non-transferable.
Any resale, sharing, or shared access will result in immediate account suspension without refund.
Article 4. Pricing and Billing
Prices are indicated at the time of subscription on: https://bullgpt.io
- Monthly payment: automatically renewed each month
- Annual payment: automatically renewed each year
Prices may be modified at any time.
Any price change will be notified at least 7 days before renewal.
VAT / Taxes
The service is billed by EDGE (F.Z.E), a company registered in the United Arab Emirates.
VAT not applicable in accordance with UAE legislation.
Article 5. Payment
Payment is secure and processed by an external provider (Stripe / Whop / other platform depending on integration).
BullGPT does not store the user's banking data.
In case of payment failure, platform access may be suspended.
Article 6. Duration and Renewal
Subscriptions are entered into for a duration of:
- One month for the monthly plan,
- One year for the annual plan.
They are automatically renewed at expiration, unless cancelled.
Article 7. Cancellation / Subscription Termination
The user can cancel their subscription at any time from their account dashboard.
Cancellation does not result in a refund for the current period: the service remains accessible until the end of the already-paid period.
To avoid automatic renewal, the user must cancel the subscription before the renewal date.
Article 8. Refund Policy
BullGPT operates on a commitment-free SaaS subscription model, with free cancellation at any time.
Given the digital nature of the service and instant access to features upon payment:
Payments made are non-refundable.
Exceptions only in the following cases:
- Duplicate billing (payment bug),
- Proven fraudulent purchase (identity theft),
- Total inability to use the service due to technical failure attributable to BullGPT for a period exceeding 7 consecutive days.

Article 9. No Financial Advice
BullGPT does not provide:
- Personalized financial advice,
- Investment recommendations,
- Profit guarantees.
The user remains entirely responsible for their trading decisions.
BullGPT is not a financial advisor, but an analysis tool.
Article 10. Intellectual Property
All content (code, text, images, "BullGPT" trademark) is protected by intellectual property rights.
Any reproduction, distribution, or exploitation without authorization is prohibited.
Article 11. Account Suspension or Deletion
EDGE (F.Z.E) reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in case of:
- Non-compliance with these Terms of Sale,
- Fraud,
- Account sharing,
- Service misuse.
No refund will be issued in these cases.
Article 12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
